Ingredients:
1/2 cup of olive oil1 lb. large shrimp, shelled
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 lb. spaghettini
Parsley
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package, reserving 1 cup or more of pasta cooking water.In a large saucepan, heat olive oil. Add shrimp, panko, red pepper, garlic and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over moderately high heat for 6 minutes. Add cooked spaghettini with 1 cup of reserved pasta cooking water and simmer for 2 minutes while tossing. Top with parsley.
