Ingredients:
Olive oil3 cups brussels sprouts thinly spiced
1/2 lb. pork sausage (spicy or sweet), casings removed
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp snipped chives
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
Parmesan cheese
Directions:
In a large non-stick skillet, heat 1/4 cup olive oil. Add brussels sprouts and sausage and cook over moderately high heat until cooked, about 5-10 minutes.Stir in panko and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in chives; season with salt and pepper. If you chose a non-spicy sausage, season very generously with pepper and perhaps red pepper flakes. Stir in cooked spaghetti, drizzle generously with olive oil and parmesan cheese.
