Grandma's Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground meat (pork, beef, veal or any combination)
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/3 of an onion, chopped finely
1 egg
1/4 cup of milk
Salt and pepper
Olive oil



Directions:

"Munge" (Grandma's word) all ingredients together with hands and shape into balls.

Fry in olive oil on medium heat. Keep turning so they don't burn before inside is fully cooked through.

Can be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator or freezer. Warm in marinara sauce and serve over spaghetti.
