Ingredients:
For the turkey:
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon chipotle chile powder -OR- paprika
1/2 tablespoon chipotle chile powder -OR- paprika
pinch or more of cayenne pepper (if you like it spicy- about 1/4 tbsp)
salt and pepper
1 small onion or 1/2 large onion, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
6 ounces of beer (half of a bottle)

Instructions:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil and the ground turkey.
Cook until it begins to brown, about 5 minutes and then add the onion and garlic, and cook for another 3 minutes.
Stir in the spices, tomato paste and beer. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking until liquid has reduced.
