Ingredients:
About 1.5-2 lbs potatoes6 cloves of garlic, peeled
4 tbsp butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup sour cream, at room temperature
Milk, at room temperature
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes. Cover potatoes and 6 cloves of peeled garlic with water in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.Drain and return to pot. Add butter, sour cream and salt and pepper. Mash potatoes. Add 1 tbsp whole milk at a time until desired consistency.
Season to taste.
