Ingredients:
30 Oreos, crushed, plus 2 for topping1/3 cup of butter, melted
1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 can fudge topping
8 oz. cool whip, thawed
Directions:
Mix Oreos and butter together and press into bottom of 9x13 casserole dish. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Allow ice cream to soften a bit and then spread with back of a wooden spoon over the Oreo crust. Return to freezer for 30 minutes.
Spread fudge topping over ice cream. Return to freezer for 30 minutes.
Spread cool whip over the top with spatula and sprinkle 2 crushed cookies on top. Return to freezer for several hours.
Remove from freezer for about 15 minutes before serving.
