Roasted Artichokes and Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 lb. halved baby new potatoes

2.5 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp smoked paprika

(2) 12 oz. jars marinated quartered artichoke hearts




Directions:

Preheat oven to 450. Toss potatoes, olive oil, salt and paprika on a baking sheet. Scatter artichoke hearts (drained) around potatoes. Roast until potatoes are browned, 30-35 minutes.
